Owner and Founder, Calvin Moore, started CPM during his last semester at Western Colorado University in Gunnison with the vision of using his business expertise and experience in landscaping and handyman skills to support local businesses and communities. Building on what he learned from his father and grandfathers growing up, Calvin has expanded his knowledge of property management to include new construction and home renovation skills, hardscaping, and winter-weather home maintenance and snow removal.
Attention to detail and hard work is at heart of every job the Crestview Property Management team takes on. We pride ourselves in bringing friendly, professional attitudes to the job site and doing a project right, the first time.
